What size should I take?
The sizes are standard/regular fit unless otherwise specified under the item

Do you keep stock?
Yes, everything on our website is in stock onsite

How long does it take to get my order?
Delivery takes 2-4 working days. No deliveries are done over the weekend or public holidays.  Outlying areas can take a bit longer, depending where you are situated.

What options do I have to pay for my order?
Payfast Payments
Payfast is a Safe & Secure Gateway for online payments. You can select your credit/debit card during checkout. If you do not wish to use online payments select EFT Payment 
EFT Payment/Manual Payment
If you prefer not to use online payments you can select this option
Bank details will be provided on the confirmed order page of your order.  Your order will only be processed once payment has received in the bank account.
If payment is not received in 48 hours the order will be automatically cancelled

What Delivery method should I select? 
We use Fastway/Aramex/Clickway Couriers for all our deliveries Nationwide, rates as follows:
Main Cities Nationwide - R60.00 
Main Towns Nationwide - R90.00
Rural & Outlying Areas Nationwide - R120
PostNet to PostNet Nationwide - R99.00

Can I collect my order?
Collection is only for customers who reside in the East Rand area and by appointment only. If you reside in Johannesburg and want to travel to the East Rand to collect you may do so at your own discretion.

Is my order safe from any Contaminations? 
All our orders are packed in a sanitized enviroment as per Covid-19 regulations. Our customers are very important to us and utmost care is taken on all products and orders to keep our customers safe.

What if my product is damaged?
All our products are checked thoroughly before sending therefore you should not receive a damaged item. However, If by chance there is a problem, please take a photo immediately on receipt of item and send via WhatsApp 061 534 7985 or email info@deerepublic.com 

Can I return an Item?
You can return an item if it is damaged, or for a reasonable reason as to why you need to return it. Please note that you would need to send it back us at your own expense and the item must be unused and in its original form.
